Terms of sale

This document is a public offer by …, tax ID …, registered at … (the Seller) to sell the goods presented on amunique.store.

1. Subject

The Seller transfers ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for and accepts them under these terms. Placing and paying for an order means full acceptance of these terms.

2. Price and payment

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia on product pages. Payment is made online via monobank. Shipping is not included in the price.

3. Delivery

Goods are delivered by Nova Poshta to the address given by the Buyer.

4. Returns

Returns are governed by the Returns page and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

5. Personal data

By placing an order the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data (name, phone, email, delivery address) solely to fulfil the order.
