Returns

Under Ukrainian law (CMU Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994), perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 7 days.
